Woggling is a gentle exercise program, designed to help people of all fitness levels, improve and increase physical activity. The name Woggling, describes the movement, which is a cross between a walk and a jog. While performing this movement, we work the whole muscular system, from head to toe, using a diverse range of exercises, to ensure all areas of the body are gently challenged in a balanced and coordinated manner.

  • Nordic Woggling. Walks using the walking poles as the focus for different exercises, totally unique.​

  • Classic Woggling. Courses of 1.15 mins in a location convenient for you. Rolle, Nyon, Gland, Le Vaud, Divonne. Add your own group in a location that suits you.

  • Lunchtime Lite: 45 minutes cobweb buster, get away from the desk, take in the air with a gentle exercise interlude. Boost your energy levels for the rest of the day.

  • Massage. Why not treat your self to a healthy and relaxing massage in the comfort of your own home. Maybe a combination of a Woggle and a massage, reinvigorate body and soul.
