Woggling is a gentle exercise program, designed to help people of all fitness levels, improve and increase physical activity. The name Woggling, describes the movement, which is a cross between a walk and a jog. While performing this movement, we work the whole muscular system, from head to toe, using a diverse range of exercises, to ensure all areas of the body are gently challenged in a balanced and coordinated manner.
